dh888 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Platform Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "dh888," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the entity operating the dh888 platform at dh888.today and all associated services, products, and sub-domains.
• "Platform" means the dh888 website, including all game verticals, the sportsbook, the cashier, account management tools, live dealer services, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player," "you," or "Account Holder" means any individual who has registered a real-money account on dh888 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which dh888 transacts with players registered on this platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified in the applicable promotion) must be staked before any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By registering an account on dh888, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

• You have not previously been excluded from dh888 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of dh888 or any of its affiliated companies;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times.

dh888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point before enabling real-money transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on dh888 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether sequentially or simultaneously — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dh888 account login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. dh888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your dh888 account and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended by dh888;
• Notify dh888 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

dh888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any transaction made using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as having been made by you unless you have previously notified dh888 of a security breach in accordance with this section.

All financial transactions on dh888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion;
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard;
• Deposits are credited to your dh888 account balance subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly;
• dh888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which dh888 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your dh888 account and confirmed as belonging to you;
• Identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. dh888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds;
• Withdrawal requests on fully verified accounts submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days;
• dh888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity;
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before those funds are eligible for withdrawal.

dh888 may, at its absolute discretion, offer bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all dh888 promotions unless specific promotion terms provide otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Real-money funds are played first unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms;
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse;
• dh888 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• dh888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All games and betting markets offered on dh888 are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay conduct, and these Terms shall prevail in relation to account management and financial matters.

Casino Games: All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, and Dice — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Published RTP percentages are accurate representations of theoretical long-term returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Sports Betting: All sports bets — including PSL cricket markets, ICC tournament markets, UFC, and other international sports — are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. dh888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published, subject to notification to affected players.

Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or betting activity, dh888 reserves the right to void all affected rounds or bets and return stakes to players. dh888 accepts no liability for any loss arising from such a malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Open more than one real-money account on dh888;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Use the Platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by dh888;
• Exploit any software bug, mathematical error, or technical vulnerability in any game or Platform feature;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or chip dumping in poker, live dealer games, or any other interactive game format;
• Abuse any bonus, promotion, or free bet offer in a manner not consistent with its intended purpose — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome;
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Take any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on dh888's infrastructure.

All content on the dh888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to dh888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of dh888;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on any part of the Platform;
• Use dh888's trademarks or logos in any manner without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dh888 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if dh888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dh888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dh888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dh888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

dh888 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical outages, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

dh888 implements the following responsible gaming measures as part of its licensing obligations and ethical commitment to player welfare:

• Age Verification: dh888 requires mandatory CNIC verification for all players. Under-21s are strictly prohibited from holding real-money accounts. dh888 uses third-party age verification tools where necessary;
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a minimum cooling-off period has elapsed;
• Loss Limits: Players may set the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. These limits are enforced automatically at the account level;
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the duration of their gaming sessions. dh888 provides session time notifications even without a formal limit being set;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;

Self-exclusions are enforced across the entire Platform and cannot be lifted during the elected exclusion period.

dh888 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account, at its own initiative, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player's gambling behaviour poses a risk to their financial wellbeing or is inconsistent with responsible gaming practices.

dh888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information;
• The account has been used for any form of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• The account is held by a person under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to dh888, other players, or the integrity of the Platform;
• dh888 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for any reason other than fraud or material breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your dh888 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

dh888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dh888 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the dh888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute, unless a specific transitional provision is stated in the amendment notice.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dh888 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and dh888, you agree to first contact dh888's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. dh888 undertakes to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days and to work towards an equitable resolution in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under dh888's applicable gaming licence. The decision of the designated body shall be final and binding on both parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict your right to raise a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority that issued dh888's gaming licence.
